Old Hill Children's Day School operates on an academic year schedule which begins in September and runs through June or August, depending upon each family's desired schedule.

Admissions priority for upcoming academic years is given to families who are enrolled in the current academic year as long as those families enter a contract to secure admission by the December 15th immediately preceding the upcoming academic year.

Applications for enrollment are accepted year-round with commencement dates during the academic year possible depending on availability.

Families applying to Old Hill for the first time will be provided with a tour and interview prior to entering the application process.

To accommodate our families' unique needs as much as possible, Old Hill offers multiple schedule and tuition options.

Standard full year contracts are offered for 12 and 10 month terms which run from September 1st* through the last day of June or August. Based on availability, schedules may include 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. Full and Part-Schedules are offered between the hours of 7:15 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. * New contracts with commencement dates other than September 1st are accepted throughout the year.

Tuition is based on the unique schedule for which a child is enrolled and is paid with an initial tuition payment (down payment) followed by monthly installments.

For the 2023-2024 academic year, standard monthly installments for a typical 8:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule* with a 12 month contract are as follows:

Preschool (ages 3 and 4 years)

2 days per week: $1,248

3 days per week: $1,588

4 days per week: $1,903

5 days per week: $2,269

Under 3 Program (ages 6 wks to 3 years)

2 days per week: $1,462

3 days per week: $1,820

4 days per week: $2,339

5 days per week: $2,658

*Daily schedules for hours other than 8:30 am to 5:30 pm are available with modified tuition -- call us to discuss
